STPC for All Emirates Customers
Dear Trade Partner,
Emirates customers transiting through Dubai on long layover time (from 6 hours for business and first class passenger, and from 8 hours for economy class passengers, but not more than 24 hours for all classes) can now enjoy the best of UAE hospitality while waiting for their connecting flights to any of our online destinations.
This STPC (Stopover at the Expense of the Carrier) offering is applicable to all commercial ticket holding passengers travelling on all classes of travel irrespective of their fare levels with not more than 24 hours of transit time.
For our customers whose nationality are not eligible for visa on arrival in UAE, a UAE visa needs to be pre-arranged (prior to departure to Dubai) after booking the STPC package.
The process for obtaining the visa is detailed below:
The visa process can only be completed after booking the Dubai Connect/STPC package via the Emirates Partners Portal, or via the Manage your Booking function on Emirates.com.
Proceed to the Dubai Connect Visa Request page on our website or on Emirates Partners Portal, for the list of documents required to obtain a visa before departure.
Send the required documents to DubaiConnect@emirates.com
Emirates will send you updates and email the visa to you once it has been issued.
Important note:
Visas are issued at the discretion of UAE Immigration. Emirates is not responsible for visas that are rejected or not granted. Dubai Connect visas will only be processed 14 days prior to departure, and up to 48 hours before departure. This is due to the validity of the visa after issuance.
Customers travelling on an Iraqi, Iranian, Pakistani or Afghan passport, should please include a copy of your national ID.
Customers travelling on an Indian passport, should please provide a copy of both the first and last page of information.
As always, we thank you for your continued support. If you require any further assistance please contact us.
